- Use of the platform and marketplace shall be subject to acceptance of Selekta’s Terms and Conditions;
- (T+14-21days)* shall be the Standard Payment Settlement on Sales transactions (*subject to modifications where partner systems permit);
- Client and Users shall have the right to self-terminate access and use of the platform at anytime;
- Client retains copyright of work and associated compliance responsibilities in line with relevant laws;
- Complaints related to copyright infringement will result in the immediate removal of content from the platform until complaints have been appropriately resolved;
- Selekta may, at its discretion, suspend, terminate, and delete a user’s account and access to the platform in the event of user contravening Selekta’s Terms and Conditions of use and, in the event, user is committing or aiding and abetting fraud and/or plagiarism or violating any relevant intellectual property rights laws in country of jurisdiction;
- Free riding by clients is strictly prohibited, and any fee avoidance activity may result in the immediate suspension or termination of access;
- Promotion and advertising of third-party offerings on the platform is strictly prohibited, subject to express consent and approval by Selekta;
- Selekta undertakes to provide 24hour access to the platform and marketplace subject to there being no interruptions in the operations of Selekta, internal or external, whether foreseen or unforeseen;
- Violations of platform and/or network operator’s system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. Selekta will investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve, or will cooperate with, law enforcement agencies if a criminal violation is suspected;
- Non-payment for services will result in the suspension of user access;
- Only optimized versions of content will be stored. In order to maximize platform performance, large images will be reduced in size, to a predetermined size, at the point of upload;
- Client/ Users should not expect to store large images on the platform. A Client/ User has the option to upload images which they have already optimized in line with pre-determined sizes;
- Selekta shall retain the right to effect storage and metering mechanism to monitor space utilization per Client/ User;
- Whilst we use our reasonable endeavors to ensure security of our network and/or systems, the User acknowledges that we do not make any express or implied representations, warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, quality or security of our network, systems and/or any services. The User remains solely and fully responsible for: - (1) ensuring and maintaining security of their systems and the machines that connect to and use services, including implementation of necessary patches and operating system updates; (2) the content of any material posted, hosted, downloaded/uploaded, created, accessed or transmitted using our website and/or services;
